We have a current opportunity for an Accounting Manager to be in charge of the Company’s Revenue, G/L and monthly close/reporting.  This highly visible position reports directly to the Finance Director. 

It is strongly desired that candidates be proficient in reading and speaking Mandarin.

Compensation:  $95k - $110k DOE 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise monthly close process including preparation and review of journal entries. Analyze general ledger account fluctuations. Ensure detailed review, analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Responsible for revenue and A/R process
• Assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process including the preparation of internal and external consolidated financial statements
• Ongoing interaction with operations piece of the business. Assist with operation forecast and analysis
• Work with management team, Internal Audit and accounting staff to maintain company-wide accounting policies
• Work closely with Internal Audit and public accounting firm to coordinate and manage the quarterly and annual audit process
• Participate in establishing and carrying out strategic objectives  
• Supervise, train and evaluate staff

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional accounting experience
• CPA is required
• Big 4 experience
• Proficient in Excel and Oracle 11i
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to confidently communicate with all levels on accounting issues
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills to complete projects in a timely manner
