The purpose of this position is to oversee the preparation and management of various U.S. forms reporting International transactions, transfer pricing relationships, and perform tax compliance and provision functions in support of the responsibilities assigned to the Senior Manager of International Taxes, to research and analyze tax issues and work on special projects as assigned, and to monitor non-US tax compliance.
Essential Duties:
Perform tax research and analysis relating to International issues confronting the company and its global operating units.
Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work product, and assist in defending the same before taxing authorities.
Assist in the preparation and review of U.S. tax filings relating to international transactions, including Forms 5471, 8858, etc.
Calculate foreign tax credits, and Subpart F and Section 956 inclusions, and prepare appropriate tax return disclosure of the same.
Maintain all foreign tax and E&P pools and monitor non-U.S. income tax compliance and statutory filings.
Assist with the preparation of the annual and quarterly tax provisions.
Monitor non-US tax filings and identified exposures.

Education & Experience:
Should possess 4 to 8 years of tax, business, or economic advisory experience
