Job Description
Our client is looking to add a staff/senior accountant due to their phenomenal growth. This client not only provides a great working environment but provides a great opportunity for future growth.
Duties/Responsibilites:
- Monthly analysis of A/P G/L accounts
- Ensure Year-End Statements, backup withholding and 1099 INT's are processed accurately
- Prepare, Process and mail all A/P
- Input credits or deductions against vendor accounts
- Work with internal auditors in relation to applicable G/L accounts
Qualifications:
- Experience in an A/P environment
- 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An Associates' degree in business is preferred
