Job Description
Our client is seeking a top-notch Sales Planning Associate to join their dynamic team! Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (100% oral, written, and verbal), any Portuguese a plus!
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales organization that sold products to retail accounts.
Compensation: $35/hour
Responsibilities:

Collect sales forecasts from all countries, and one office in Miami, to generate yearly and monthly Latin America Sell-In Forecasts in a timely and efficient manner

Provide support and analysis reporting with regards to sales and product planning functions (sell-in, sell-thru, sales projections)

Aid in generating the Latin America P&L and budget reports for countries and one hub in Miami

Responsible for collecting inventory reports from all countries as well as helping to track all marketing fund allocations

Provide support with regards to price protections processing in a timely and efficient manner

Support all initiatives and projects related to localization for the various Latin America markets, in coordination with IDD and PS&C teams

Work with Sales, Sales Planning, and Operations teams to gather new product information needed in order to maintain the Latin America Price List and to generate Latin America New Release Alerts

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support product shipments and PO processing for all countries and one hub in Miami

Assist the Latin America Sales Planning Manager in the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly analytics and reporting to support business needs for better information in decision making

Assist in areas of coordination between internal teams, headquarters, and individual country teams throughout the region
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
-
Must have 2+ years of experience in a consumer goods related position

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (100% oral, written, and verbal); Portuguese a plus

Ability to understand and verbally explain complex business issues and reports
-
Successful candidate must be organized, resourceful, strategic, and have a strong attention to detail on every project as well as the ability to identify and fix errors

Ability to work resourcefully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while adapting to changing priorities and conditions

Maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information
-
Computer application skills: key applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new systems such as Oracle and CCI
-
Advanced spreadsheet and database skills as well as previous experience providing sales analysis and reporting
-
Ability to work autonomously or as a strong team contributor; able to give broad outlines for desired objective and/or analysis and be able to successfully translate to actual content and format

Must be willing to travel occasionally when needed, but never to exceed 25%
Preferred Experience:
-
3+ years experience in a consumer goods related position

Working knowledge of product, specifically in the video game or consumer electronics industry a plus

Consumer product goods manufacturing experience preferred; ideally, the right candidate will have experience in a sales organization that sold products to retail accounts
