Job Description
A global logistics company located in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Service Account Rep for a long term contract assignment beginning immediately.
Job Duties:
- Assist clients via phone and email tracking their shipment orders, reviewing detailed billing information and handling discrepancies and issues related to shipment container status.
- Utilize heavy Excel on a daily basis to track order status, and verify reporting
- Communicate efficiently, professionally and courteously at all times
- Handle multiple responsibilities of entering in complex computer data while attending to client's needs simultaneously
Requirements:
- Previous account rep/customer service in a similar role outlining the above duties is required
- Proven experience with Excel and Word
- Must be great at multi tasking and handling a demanding call load in addition to accurately entering pertinent data into a complex database
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile
