Compensation: $12/hour

Responsibilities:

• Testing the functionality and usability of product hardware and firmware throughout various development phases
• Testing the functionality of various game and video software libraries against pre-release firmware and hardware
• Testing the functionality of various applications and multimedia files
• Testing the functionality of various product operating systems
• Detecting, researching, and reporting potential and verified issues
• Utilizing established defect reporting formats and tracking systems
• Utilizing basic to intermediate networking principles and online console gaming / functionality elements
• Assist in other various tasks related to the QA process

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
• Good understanding of / experience with modern gaming consoles and associated software
• Basic to intermediate understanding of online networking and how its principles and components apply to modern console gaming / functionality
• 1+ years of previous QA experience in a related field is strongly preferred
• 2+ year college degree preferred
