Our client, an established industry leader, is seeking the right candidate for a highly visible role, as Business Analyst, where your work will directly impact the success of company initiatives!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analysis, gathering business requirements, and tracking the project scope for a variety of company initiatives
• Will work closely with in-house development teams to ensure the project scope and delivery is being met.
• Creating user training documentation and procedure documents
• Assisting with training and product acceptance testing
• Providing project status to Project Management Team, while acting as the intermediary for business unit communication
• Interaction with external and internal personnel at various levels of management in technology, business and operational units

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in computer science or computer information systems
• Approximately 4-10 years experience in Business Analysis
• Extensive experience writing requirements using rapid application development methodologies is required
• Proficiency in Visio, MS Excel and MS Office
• Communication skills are key, such as the ability to express complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing as well as the ability to work with a variety of business users within the organization
• Some experience as a B.A. with Software Development Projects is a plus
• Some project management experience using MS Project is helpful

Compensation: $80-90K, Plus company benefits
