Job Description
WorkforceLogic is looking for a Client Services Specialist for our compliance program. This is a great opportunity to work on-site at a client company! Main responsibilities include administering the compliance program, maintaining the compliance database and providing reporting for major accounts.
Compensation: $20 - $25/hr DOE
Responsibilities:

Creates and/or updates compliance file checklist

Monitors WorkforceLogic and compliance sites for new requisitions on a daily basis

Distributes process template e-mails, including distribution of required documents to Service Provider’s
-
Sorts “completed” files and filing as needed
-
Tracks expiring documents, resources, and Independent Contractor Agreement collection
-
Collects and reviews all necessary documents for contractor evaluations and prepares e-mail templates for distribution

Uploads required documents into tool and creates Workgroup folder for SP
-
Creates files (from both systems and web research on Service Provider Company)

Performs first pass review of compliance evaluations

Follows up on any missing information; once all information is received, forwards evaluations to Manager, Compliance Services for distribution of second pass review

Enters detailed information as it relates to each specific Independent Contractor Evaluation into compliance database

Maintains daily, weekly and monthly reports; provides any client requested reports. Submits monthly evaluation spreadsheet (number of evaluations completed, number qualified IC/vendor, number referred to WorkforceLogic payroll) to manager

Acts as first line of support for Client Services Specialist supporting account as necessary
Qualifications:
-
One to two years related business experience or equivalent

Staffing industry and/or compliance experience preferred

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent preferred

Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
-
MAC proficiency a plus
