Job Description
Nelson is currently recruiting for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in the East Bay area. If you are motivated, have experience in the industry, and are interested in working for a growing company- Apply Now!
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company.
Also, they are responsible for preparing vacant apartments "Turns" for move-ins, responding to and completing resident requests "Work Orders" for maintenance service, and for taking actions that promote service and high-level resident satisfaction.
Compensation: $15 to $18- Depending on level of experience
