Job Description
Nelson is currently recruiting for a Leasing Consultant in the east bay area.
If you are motivated, have 2 to 3 years experience in the industry, are familiar with Yardi, Rent Roll, or HUD we want to speak with you.
Responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the community's established policies and procedures.
Compensation: $13 - $17
