The role: Web Posting Specialist (Temporary)
The Web Posting Specialist assures that jobs are posted on relevant state job boards, veterans boards, disabilities boards and minority boards so that the company complies with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). You will work closely with the rest of the Web Advertising team to plan, build, and execute the Jobs layout and organization.
As a Web Posting Specialist, your team will be responsible for the job advertising strategy of all job opportunities on a global level, and you will work directly with the Recruiting organization to maximize the performance of our job advertisements.
Responsibilities:
- Use a content management system and basic HTML to maintain job postings on the website.
- Manage a queue of job posting requests and keep track of each job's status and accuracy, and conduct analysis to advise Recruiters about job posting strategies based on board performance.
- Work with the Web group and Staffing organization when changes are made to the website or to the job posting process.
- Work with localization teams to get translations for job descriptions to assure a smooth posting process for international job boards.
- Work with the rest of the Web Advertising team to develop the look and feel of the companies Jobs Website.
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree with strong academic performance or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of HR/recruiting experience.
- Detail and customer-service oriented.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong HTML fluency, as well as some CSS experience.
- Strong experience with Google Apps, Excel, and HTML editing software.
