Compensation:  $17 - $18/hr DOE 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely processing for standard shipment once a contract is received
• Communicate with packers to ensure product availability
• Ensure special shipment instructions are included per customer request
• Request booking either in house or through freight forwarder
• Prepare shipping instruction, booking confirmation, and send details to the appropriate pack and customer
• Work directly with packers to ensure timely shipment of containers as scheduled
• Receive inquires and complaints and conduct research to resolve matters in a timely order
• Prepare the initial response to the customer and send notification to the packer requesting their findings
• Provide feedback to supervisor
• Data entry
• Write correspondence for customers in regards to their account status
• Create and maintain accurate customer files
• Other duties as assigned
