Job Description
The Tasting Rooms are busy and we are too! If you would like to work in the Visitors Centers of the Napa Valley, we have the jobs for you: small boutique wineries or larger, bustling rooms - the choice is yours!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers
- Serve and sell wine
- Answer product questions
- Sign guests up for wine club membership
- Answer questions about the region and recommend places to dine or other places of interest to visit
Qualifications:
- Tasting room experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Excellent customer service and retail sales skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Wine knowledge helpful
- Knowledge of wine country helpful
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
