Pre-employment Screening

Client-focused recruiting and pre-employment screening programs allow us to make solid placements in a timely fashion. Our pre-employment screening process goes beyond what a candidate says and what their resume shows. We focus instead on what their past and current behavior dictate they will do when placed in a job. This process is tailored to meet each client’s requirements and includes an in-person “patterned interview,” thorough reference checks, and industry-specific skills testing. These tests can be collaboratively designed and then administered by Nelson Interactive, if that meets your needs.

Nelson Referral Program

The referral program applies to internal Nelson Interactive employees who are currently working on contract. When the Nelson employee refers someone to any other Nelson job, they receive $100.00 after the person works 80 hours.
