Rick Croteau

​As a Talent Acquisition, Staffing, and Project Management professional, I have been connecting clients with top talent for over 15 years. I have been in my current role with Nelson for seven years and believe strongly in promoting the company's core values of Excellence, Integrity, Empathy, and Innovation. I grew up in Massachusetts and got my BA degree in Mathematics from Merrimack College. After relocating to California, I started my career in staffing with Manpower and held roles as Branch Manager, Regional Supervisor, and Regional Manager for Professional and Technical Services. My wife and I are Foster Adoptive parents and have three children. We volunteer with parent support groups and children with special needs and in the child welfare system. I am an avid sports fan and follow teams in both New England and California. My free time is spent outside gardening, bird watching, and appreciating nature and the beautiful climate we are blessed to have in the Bay Area.
