Job Title: Account Clerk II

Location: Santa Rosa
Compensation: $21-$25 an hour

Job Summary:

We are partnering with the County of Sonoma to support in finding them an extra help/contractor for the next 3-4 months. This role is responsible for providing support to the accounting department for the DUI program. This is a Monday thru Friday full time role in office.

Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Review/adjust transactions and accounts
  • Authorize payments in compliance with established regulations, procedures, and recordkeeping practices
  • Post, Balance and reconcile AR/AP and other ledgers
  • Reconcile accounts and purchase orders
  • Authorize and maintain cost records involving distribution of charges to individual accounts.

Job Title Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in Accounting/Finance preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be vaccinated
