Our Oakland area based client is urgently looking for an AP clerk to bring on board for 6+ months. This is an onsite, contract position with possibility of conversion. The AP Clerk will primarily be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the company. The duties include, data entry, preparing and matching invoices, reviewing invoices, and etc.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Process invoices for AP

  • Data entry for AP invoices

  • Prepare and match invoices

  • Review invoices

  • Communicate with vendors about invoices

  • Support finance department

  • Organize, prepare, file and scan supporting documents

Required Skills:

  • 0-2+ years of AP experience

  • Ability to multitask

  • Great organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
