Accountant

$75,000 to $85,000 annually

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic growing organization. This is a full-time role onsite with great benefits.


Main Functions Include:

  • Responsible for full accounts payable process including posting, reviewing, and approving invoices.
  • Review and reconcile company credit cards including collaborating across departments to obtain necessary support.
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts, vendor statements and prepaid expenses.
  • Communicate with outside vendors regarding invoice inquiries/discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close.
  • Cross train in selected functions of the accounting department
  • Provide backup coverage for accounting team as needed.
  • Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

    Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Construction background and intermediate knowledge of Excel a plus
