Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Sets up new vendors

·Matches and posts inventory invoices

· Checks and verifying expense reports

· Gathers receipts from employees and processes credit card statements.

· Prepares and participating in special project including rebate process, research and summarize

· Enters invoices and processes all the payments, including preparing manual checks as necessary

· Billings, Filings and daily Bank Deposits

· Review return authorizations and issue credit memo

· Customer Accounts maintenance

· Collections

· Receive payments and post to appropriate customers and general ledger accounts

· Other duties assigned

Basic Qualification Requirements:

· Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

· Must possess 3+ years' experience in Accounting (Receivable and Payable)

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Must be detail-oriented and good organization skills

· Experience with MS Office and good computer knowledge required

· Experience in trading/manufacturing industry preferred

· Knowledge of Great Plain software a plus
