Compensation $22-24/HR

Primary Job Responsibilities:
? Sets up new vendors
? Matches and posts inventory invoices
? Checks and verifying expense reports
? Gathers receipts from employees and processes credit card statements.
? Prepares and participating in special project including rebate process,
research and summarize
? Enters invoices and processes all the payments, including preparing
manual checks as necessary
? Billings, Filings and daily Bank Deposits
? Review return authorizations and issue credit memo
? Customer Accounts maintenance
? Collections
? Receive payments and post to appropriate customers and general ledger
? Other duties assigned

Basic Qualification Requirements:
? Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
? Must possess 3+ years' experience in Accounting (Receivable and
? Good verbal and written communication skills
? Must be detail-oriented and good organization skills
? Experience with MS Office and good computer knowledge required
? Experience in trading/manufacturing industry preferred
? Knowledge of Great Plain software a plus
