Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Sunnyvale
Compensation: $36 - $46 per hour

Job Summary:

Established company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their company. This role will be responsible for the accounting department including payables, receivables, and GL.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Reconciling accounts.
* General ledger analysis, adjusting entries and account reconciliation.
* Payroll, accruals, and inventory.
* Compliance with GAAP and other financial reporting standards.
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting and system management.
* Ability to set up accounting calendar.
* Assist with external audits.
* Perform other duties as required.


Job Title Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting.
* 4-5+ years of construction accounting experience.
* Non-profit experience preferred.
* Experience with MS Office, QuickBooks and Bill.com.
* Experience booking grants and donations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Able to organize, plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
