Accounting Manager
Santa Rosa

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This role will work directly under the President and will be well versed in all aspects of the company's financial activities and HR requirements. This will be a full-time in office position offering benefits and generous compensation package.

The scope of this position will include the following:

  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions to ensure the accurate and timely generation of company financials.
  • Perform all bank, cash account, and credit card reconciliations
  • Generate reports for annual tax filing & work with outside CPA
  • General ledger analysis, adjusting entries
  • Training and supervision of the accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Set up all new client accounts, respond to client inquiries relating to billing and past due statuses.
  • Ensure payroll entry is inputted timely and accurately for processing
  • Manage HR functions small office team, including 401K and insurance.
  • Renew any necessary business licenses and insurances as needed.

Ideal qualifications:

  • 5 years' FC bookkeeping for small to mid-size company
  • 3 years' work experience in GL posting and analysis
  • Experienced with QuickBooks and MS Office
  • Detail oriented and able to work independently
