Accounting Manager
Healdsburg
Premium winery is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial functions. This includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, general ledger, and payroll processing. Potential for hybrid flex.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries as needed
- General ledger analysis, adjusting entries and account reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing
- Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions to ensure the accurate and timely generation of company financials
- Oversee full cycle A/R and A/P
- Reconcile quarterly payroll tax returns with general ledger
- Administer benefits, including enrollment in medical insurance and retirement plans
Ideal qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Winery experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
