Accounting Manager
$100- $130k

Local property management company is searching for an Accounting Manager to join their tenured team. This position has great growth potential with the expectation that this candidate will become a member of the executive management team within a few years.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions to ensure the accurate and timely generation of company financials
  • Assist with implementation of budgets, financial goals/controls, KPI reports, etc.
  • A/R, A/P, reconciliations, monthly closes, and other bookkeeping functions
  • Coordinate and prepare internal financial statements
  • Evaluate and make improvements on existing accounting and internal control systems
  • Train and supervise staff in accounting functions

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • 3-5 years tax preparation experience
  • CPA highly preferred
