Job Summary:

Established manufacturer is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team. This role will be responsible for client and vendor management, data entry and account reconciliation. If you are looking to join a growing company and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

Job Title Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile client and vendor accounts
Assist with month-end close
Process weekly bank deposits
Manage collection efforts for any past due accounts
Maintain accounts payable files and records
File and maintain paperwork as needed

Job Title Requirements:

Efficient in QuickBooks Desktop & Microsoft office suite
Strong understanding of GAAP
Well organized and highly motivated
