Job Summary:
A well-established family-owned client of ours is looking for an accounting specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable. This is a full-time job in the office with great benefits.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in generating financial reports and statements for analysis.
- Collaborate with team members during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide back-up assistance for processing and reconciling accounts payable as needed.
- Stay informed about evolving accounting standards and industry best practices.
Job Title Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft office suite, Excel and Bill.com a plus
