Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Location: Sacramento
Compensation: $22-$25/hour

Job Summary:

A stable property management company is looking for an Accounting Specialist on a temp to hire basis. This role is responsible for providing support to the accounting department. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, in office daily.

Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Input journal entries and prepare bank deposits.
  • Processing accounts payable.
  • Maintain tracking logs.
  • Reconciliation of company credit card.
  • Submit invoices to accounts payable for payment.
  • Monitor the balance of accounts to ensure there are sufficient funds for long term capital.
  • Maintain tracking records (approval, AP for payment, signatures, etc.)
  • Review regularly the status of reserve requests.

Job Title Requirements:

  • Associates degree in accounting/finance or 2+ years of experience in similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Timberline software a plus.
