Job Title: Accounts Payable Lead

Location: Sebastopol
Compensation: $60-$65k

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to manage operations for their four subsidiaries. This role will work closely with accounting, office, and operations teams. This is a temp-to-hire role, direct hire can be considered for the right candidate.

Job Title Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly vendor bank payments
  • Code all invoices into system
  • Investigate issues with bill payments as needed
  • Answer vendor questions regarding accounts as needed
  • Thorough knowledge of AP functions and direct impact it causes in NetSuite & Concur
  • Review receipts and approvals
  • Manage and execute month-end close, including journal entries

Job Title Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in accounting highly preferred and or 3+ years' experience in accounts payable
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Manufacturing or distribution experience a plus
