Job Title: AP Specialist

Location: Sacramento
Compensation: $21-$24 an hour

Job Summary:

Well established housing organization seeks an AP Specialist to join their team. This role will work directly with the Accounting Supervisor and manage accounts payables for 20+ properties.


Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
  • Manage multiple bank accounts
  • Perform all duties related to accounts payable: receive and review invoices, code to department/expense account, input in payment system, process checks, deliver payments, and all other necessary tasks
  • Receive and verify expense reports
  • High volume AP processing
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Provide documentation as needed for audits

Job Title Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience with accounts payable
  • Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Experience with MS Office programs
