Accounts Receivable Analyst/Auditor Job

One of long-term clients is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst/Auditor on a Direct Hire Basis. it will be fully onsite in the Tri-Valley area. The Accounts Receivable/Auditor responsibilities are reconciliations, auditing, and cash applications.

Responsibilities:

Solid understanding of AP, AR, cash applications
Run month-end programs
Apply payments to open customer accounts
File and/or scan AR cash application documents
Military billing - Retail
Enter Invoices into Accounts Payable System
Back up to AP
Upload for Wire ACH
Input and apply all account transfers for AR
Handle AR deductions
Daily cash applications

Requirements:

1+ years of accounting experience
AS400 experience is a plus
Microsoft Office Knowledge
Ability to commute effectively, both verbally and written
Detail oriented with good analytical skills
