Accounts Receivable Clerk
Healdsburg, CA
Up to $25.00/hour DOE

Our client in Sonoma County is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary position.


  • All activities required for entire AR cycle, including collections, aging, reports and billing

  • Account reconciliations

  • Collection calls as necessary, while maintaining positive client relationships; demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers

  • Other administrative and customer service support duties as needed and as assigned


  • 2+ years accounts receivable experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications including strong Excel skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service and telephone skills/experience

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks; strong attention to detail with the ability to verify accuracy of own work

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and hands on problem solver; must be able to work well with others

  • 10 key by touch; ability to type 35 wpm
