Accounts Receivable Clerk - Part Time Sonoma, CA $20.00/hour
A company in Sonoma is seeking a part-time, temporary AR Clerk to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Generate invoices and account statements.
Connect with customers and customer service over the phone and email to request, receive and record payments; deposit checks
Maintain accounting and accounts receivable files and records by accurately recording and applying payments
Reconcile and audit accounts; assist in investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries related to payments and accounts
Receive and distribute incoming mail and correspondence
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience; some customer service experience a plus
General math and data entry skills
Proficiency in Excel with the ability to operate accounting software preferred
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
