Accounts Receivable Manager
Palo Alto (fully on-site)
$130k - $150k with an excellent benefits package

A rapidly growing company in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for all aspects of the accounts receivable functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounts receivable functions for the company
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice process
  • Maintain accurate reports
  • Ensure timely payment of all invoices and perform collections for past due balances
  • Support month-end close by ensuring A/R close is complete and accurate
  • Work closely with senior leadership and accounting team
  • Act as point of contact for any questions or concerns regarding customer accounts

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of accounting management experience
  • ERP systems experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a MUST
