Job Title: Accounts Receivable + Credit Support
Location: Napa
Compensation: $23-27/h

Job Summary:
Our client within the wine industry is seeking Accounts Receivable and Credit Support for the next 2-3 months in their accounting department. Day to day duties include accounts receivable, cash applications, deposits, client management and various administrative support. Ideally you have working knowledge of ERP systems and are technologically literate as you will be working with these systems regularly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, since you will be required to collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle accounts receivables
  • Cash applications
  • Journal entries
  • Deposits
  • Point of contact for clients

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years management experience within accounting or finance; preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP software
