Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Sonoma

Compensation: $25-$27 an hour

Job Summary:

Established company looking for a part time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Sonoma. This role is responsible for invoicing, posting payments and collections. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and be a great communicator.

Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Creating invoices for monthly billing
  • Posting payments to customer accounts
  • Managing past due accounts/collections
  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Cross train in other accounting departments as needed

    Job Title Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required or 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting role.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Familiarity with AMS Software is a plus
  • Strong Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced work environment
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
