We are seeking a part-time Admin/AP clerk for a busy office in St. Helena. A professional & customer focused demeanor will be key for this position. This individual must be willing to jump in and assist wherever needed and in return, we will offer a flexible schedule totaling up to 25 hours/week. This can be worked over a combination of full or half days, based on the individual and overall needs of the business.
Duties will include:
  • Process Accounts Payable Invoices, issue and record payments.
  • Ensure validity of AP invoices by matching and getting approvals.
  • Administrative support for small office, including filing, data entry and answering phones.
Compensation up to $22-24/hr DOE
