Current opening for a winery in Sonoma

Someone who can support the controller and management. Assisting with HR duties and l with insurance, workers, comp. onboarding new employees making sure RG is in compliance. Supporting wtih IT issues, liaise with the IT service company. Also insurance being the liaison between Manager and Controller and other insurances. helping create job description, posting them, managing incoming resumes. helping management of the ownership group, 4 owners, can be demanding. helping put together presentations for ownership for annual board meeting. be point person to funnel it all together and then assemble reports. compliance actually posting the posters, taking in the new ordinances and using their HR consultancy to make sure they have done what they need and managing that. The is going on Maternity in June so before then please. HR complement most important. Winery experience is a plus. Office suite proficiency important. Open to learning more about winery they are open to do it. management
