What are the core duties/responsibilities of this role?

  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Scanning and faxing documents
  • Opening mail and sending out mail
  • Update spreadsheets

What skills and other qualifications are required for this role?

  • Ability to handle a multi-line inbound phone system and route calls accurately and efficiently
  • Impeccable phone voice and etiquette
  • Warm personality with a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Tech Savy - MS excel and Word experience required
  • EPIC experience a plus!
  • Willing to grow with the company
