The Front Desk Admin Assistant will be the first and last face for our clients - We cannot function without them. They welcome
everyone who walks through our doors or calls our phones with a warm smile and readiness to help.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes all visitors who enter the building
  • Manages incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate party
  • Manages and organizes all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintains inventory and stock of kitchen necessities
  • Ensures delivery of client documents and important files
  • Assists in other office-related tasks such as filling, scanning, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Can communicate precisely and effectively
  • Exhibits a desire to help and is client-focused. A customer service background is preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software, preferred but not required
  • Knowledge operating phone systems, preferred by not required
