Administrative Assistant-Part-time
This role is for a local Sonoma candidate that can do general Administrative Assistant work at at a small office of two on an Estate. You will be answering phones, assisting owner and CFO with various office, business and personal assistant tasks.
  • Must have excellent typing skills, have experience with MS Office Suite, be organized, have an excellent business phone presence, communicate effectively with clients and office staff, and be reliable.
  • Any experience with Property Management is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be available for half days minimum on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week, and for approximately 8-10 hours weekly.
This is a long-term permanent role with our company, so only apply if you are situated to stay in Sonoma and looking for a long-term part-time role.
