Administrative / Sales and Operations Associate

The Sales Ops/Admin Associate position located in Santa Rosa will work as an inside sales/dealer sales team assisting in sales target, planning, channel development, and coordinating customer and dealer orders and resolutions to queries and issues. The position will assist in tracking sales budget, approvals and control of costs related to sales, events and marketing.

This role will report to the Director, Sales Operations and Marketing. The role will work closely with the supply chain, sales and accounts team to be the main point of contact for dealers and backup for direct sales customers.

Essential Functions:

· Deliver on organizational strategy, processes and key performance indicators that will provide the company with a best-in-class sales organization.

· Channel development and management including onboarding of dealers and customers.

· Customer service contact for dealers and direct customers.

· Converse with dealers, customers and employees via phone and email.

· Work with Business Accounting and Systems to analyze issues with daily sales transactions.

· Track & analyze various activities and projects in Excel, Salesforce & inhouse systems.

· Coordinate training programs for new dealers and current process instruction.

· Generate analysis and reports for sales & marketing.

· Develop and revise process and procedures in all work areas.

· Multitask in a start up to fast-paced office environment

· Other items as assigned by Director.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

· Experience supporting sales, marketing or operations.

· Strong administrative and analytical skills.

· A desire to be part of an innovative company where you will wear many different hats.

· Strong communication skills, and ability to converse with both dealers and customers

· Ability to plan and execute projects with cross-functional teams.

· Strong process-oriented skills leveraging systems, data and business process to drive sustainable operational improvements.

· Possess strategic thought leadership with ability to look ahead and respond proactively.

· Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
