Our High Volume Call Center in Concord is seeking an Alarm Dispatch role!
Compensation: $17
Alarm Dispatch Responsibilities:
Ability to review and discern appropriate actions based on video footage
Ability to watch multiple videos/monitors simultaneously
Report incidents to local authorities having jurisdiction and customers
Alarm Dispatch Requirements:
Answer and follow-up on alarm signals
Initiate outbound calls to customers, police agencies and emergency contacts
Provide excellent customer service
Provide basic support to all customers
Experience
Call Center experience preferred
