Global sterilization company for the medical and pharmaceutical industries has two Operator Trainee needs available!

This is an Alternative Work Schedule, Graveyard hours from 11pm to 11am and works a 3 days on/off and 4 days on/off schedule. 100% On-Site position for 12 hour-shifts.

Assignment is contract to hire.

Basics of the day to day duties…observing sterilizers, irradiators and auxiliary units to detect malfunctions and assisting with repairs as needed. Documenting and recording process readings. Performs a count and inspection of product and notes the results on the appropriate form. Ensures that product is moved through the facility at appropriate times. Must be familiar with and follow all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

$21-$23 per hour (overtime beyond an 8-hour day!). Ask about longevity and certification bonuses!

Hiring criteria also based on candidate's pre-screening of Background, Drug Screen and Employment History.
