Job Title: AP & AR Clerk
Location: Sonoma
Compensation: $16-18/h

Job Summary:
Our client is looking for an AP & AR Clerk to support the department in a wide variety of tasks. Day to day focus will be on full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivables. In this role you will need to have previous work experience preforming accounting functions and feel comfortable using QuickBooks and Excel. Ideally you will have great attention to detail coupled with the ability to meet hard deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Credit application for payment terms
  • Process invoices
  • AP/AR Monthly closing
  • Support printing checks, ACH, WIRES
  • Send remittance to vendors
  • Process Credit application for new customers
  • Process Freight bills from freight vendors input into excel and QB
  • Collection support for AR customers
  • Statement verifications
  • Collate & process credit card charges for company credit cards
  • Prepare, submit deposits for all three companies using EFS

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least one year of accounting experience
  • Intermediate QuickBooks skills
  • Proficient with Office 365
