Our client is looking for an AP Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for daily check runs, reconciliation and payment of invoices, expense invoices, invoice and purchase order reconciliation, merchandise invoices and scanning of documentation. The AP Clerk also ensures that all vendor accounts are current.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure aging items are managed proactively.
* Process and code invoices.
* Organize, prepare, file and scan documents.
* Process check-runs.
* Maintain relationships with outside vendors.
* Cross train employees to cover during absences.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
* Strong computer skills and Excel software experience.
* Working knowledge of enterprise software.
* Ability to balance multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
* Must be highly organized and able to perform in a high level fast-paced, accuracy focused department.
* Self-motivated team player.
