We are seeking an AP Lead/ Staff Accountant for a stable distribution client based out of Stockton. This position will oversee all AP functions. Hybrid flexibility available after an initial training period.
Main Functions Include:
Oversee all AP duties, ensuring they are completed accurately and timely
Log and record invoices into ERP system
Code all invoices to proper GL account
Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices/ statements
Assist vendors and employees by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services
Audit employee expense reports and charges on company card
Run balancing reports daily
Ensure processes are compliant to the organizations policies and procedures
Assist accounting team with other tasks as needed
Ideal qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of ERP systems
