Job Title: AP/AR Specialist

Location: Napa
Compensation: $25-$32 an hour

Job Summary:

A local client of ours in the Wine Industry is looking for an AP/AR Specialist for the following 3-4 months. This role is responsible for providing support to the accounting department. This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday fully in office.

Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Input invoices into accounting software
  • Ensure appropriate approval codes and account coding
  • Print checks and process electronic payments
  • Review vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues
  • File AP/AR records and assist with support for audits
  • Post daily sales in accounting software
  • Reconcile credit card receipts to accounting and bank records
  • Provide account aging statements and follow up with delinquent accounts
  • Resolve invoice or payment discrepancies and documentation
  • Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Assist with check runs

Job Title Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/finance or similar role required
  • Knowledge of Navision software a plus
