A fast growing client in the San Francisco area is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This AP Specialist role will be Temp to Hire and also Hybrid. In this role you are responsible for "owning" the AP. Responsibilities will include purchase orders, match invoices, reconcile vendor statements to improve projects/initiatives, assist with audits and uphold corporate policies.


Responsibilities:

-3-way matching of invoices to PO's
-Interact with management and other departments for invoice solutions
-Respond to vendor inquires and issues with invoices
-Experience in 1099 processing and disseminating physical statements to suppliers/vendors
-Ensure successful quarterly and year end audits
-Accountable for work and follow up with stakeholders
-Participate in ad hoc projects (if needed)

Requirements:

-NetSuite required
-5+ years' experience in AP processing
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
-Adaptable to change
-Work well in a team environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
