Job Title: AP Specialist
Location: San Carlos
Compensation: $47-$60k

Job Summary:

Established company looking for an AP Specialist to join their team. The AP Specialist is responsible for handling all accounts payable and vendor management.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Process and review all AP invoices, update vendor records, and correct discrepancies.
* Reconcile credit card statements and transactions.
* Assist with 1099 reporting.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title Requirements:
* 1-3 years of AP and AR experience.
* Associates degree desired.
* Experience in Real Estate Accounting highly desired.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem solving skills, great customer service, and excellent oral and written communication.
* Must have experience working in a high-volume multi-property company.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Experience with Appfolio or Yardi is a plus.
* Must be highly organized and adapt well to change.
