Job Title: AP Specialist

Location: Sacramento

Compensation: $21-$24/hr


Our company is currently seeking an AP Specialist to join our team! This individual must have full-cycle, high-volume AP experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts payable and entering data into system
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and clients
  • Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AP principles
  • High-volume invoice processing, full-cycle AP experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
