Job Title: AP Specialist

Compensation: $21-$24/hr
Our company is currently seeking an AP Specialist to join our team! This individual must have full-cycle, high-volume AP experience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and entering data into system
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and clients
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AP principles
- High-volume invoice processing, full-cycle AP experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
